Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the FluentPro mobile app and the fluentpro.uz website (together, the "Service"). By downloading or using the Service, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
FluentPro is an educational service that teaches spoken English through real workplace situations, exercises and role-play with artificial intelligence. The Service is provided by the FluentPro team ("we", "us").
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
- You sign in with an external sign-in provider (for example, Google). You are responsible for activity carried out through your account.
- If you notice unauthorized use of your account, let us know immediately.
3. Acceptable use
When using the Service, you must not:
- submit text that is unlawful, abusive, threatening or infringes the rights of others;
- attempt to disrupt or overload the Service or bypass its security;
- decompile the app or attempt to obtain its source code, except where the law allows;
- scrape, copy or resell the Service's content using automated means;
- use the Service commercially without our written permission.
4. AI feedback and certificates
Evaluations, hints and corrections are generated by automated systems, including artificial intelligence. They may be wrong or imprecise and do not replace assessment by a teacher.
A certificate issued by the Service confirms your learning progress within FluentPro. It is not a state or international language certificate and does not formally certify your language level.
5. Intellectual property
The lessons, text, audio, images, design, logo and software in the Service belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning.
Your answers remain yours. By submitting them, you allow us to process them to provide the Service (evaluation and feedback).
6. Paid features
The Service is currently free. If paid features or subscriptions are introduced, they will be sold through the App Store or Google Play, and the price, term and auto-renewal conditions will be shown before purchase. Payments, cancellations and refunds are governed by the rules of the respective store.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is under active development. We may change, update or discontinue its content and features. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some features require an internet connection.
8. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. We do not guarantee any particular outcome, such as getting a job or passing an exam. These limits do not affect rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account (Privacy Policy, section 9). We may restrict or suspend your account if you breach these terms.
10. App Store and Google Play
These terms are between you and us, not Apple Inc. or Google LLC. We, not they, are responsible for the app and its content. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. If you obtained the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If you obtained it from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes will first be resolved through negotiation and, failing agreement, by the competent court of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted on this page. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If the Uzbek and English versions of these terms differ, the Uzbek version prevails.
